1. Is there a minimum order quantity?
 
There is no minimum quantity to order.
 
 
2. Can I make bulk purchase on 99 box?
 
Yes. If your order is more than the existing quantity in our website, please drop us an email at  info@99box.my or call our Customer Service Hotline at +6017-870 8606 if you have any further queries.
 
 
3. Does 99Box do customized products?
 
Yes, we do for most items. Please  Contact Us to discuss further of your requirements.
 
 
4. If I buy more, do I pay less?
 
Of course, the more you buy, the less you pay. Our online ordering service allows you to see instantly the price to be paid based on the quantity ordered.
 
 
5. Do you provide free quotes for corrugated carton packaging and design services?
 
Yes, our free quotes are no obligation.
 
 
6. How do I know if my purchase has been received and confirmed?
 
You will receive an automatic notification email from us once your payment is processed and the confirmation from payment method to confirm a successful transaction.
 
 
7. What about the shipment coverage area?
 
We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore.
 
 
8. What are the basic shipment charges and is there any free delivery for orders of huge quantities?
 
Shipment charges to different states will differ. We provide free shipping for any purchase above RM 350. As for East Malaysia and Singapore, shipment rates are the same.
 
 
9. What are the Payment Methods?
 
  • Credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express)
  • Fund Transfer (local banks only)
  • Paypal
  • Cash (self-collection only)
  • For Singapore customers, only credit/debit cards are accepted.
 
 
10. How do I make a cancellation?
 
Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. 99Box reserves the right to accept or reject any modification and cancellation.
 
 
11. How long does it take to receive my goods?
 
Our cut-off time for orders to be processed is 3pm Monday to Friday. For example:
  • If you place the order at 2:30pm on Monday, you may receive your goods after 2 working days. (Wednesday)
  • If you place the order at 3:30pm or later on Monday, you may receive your goods after 3 working days. (Thursday)
 
 
12. What do I do with damaged, defective or missing goods?
 
If any item ordered from you on 99Box is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us immediately and send the photo of the damaged or defective item by emailing us at  info@99box.my and we will advise accordingly from there.
 
 
13. Is self-collection available?
 
Yes. You are welcome to collect your products directly from 99Box. No.4, Jalan Maju Cemerlang 3, Taman Perindustrian Maju Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram. Johor. Malaysia.
